Interests outside of work: Raising a family of girls and guiding their development. Spending quality time with family and friends. Being very competitive enjoyment is found in many sporting pursuits both actively and passively from golf, soccer, tennis, and motorsport.

Role at IWS: Senior Financial Advisor
Daily Tasks: Helping clients achieve control over their financial future and creating detailed financial plans that achieve that goal.
What you enjoy: Helping my clients understand how to be in control of their future and become happier healthier people. I enjoy being able to be part of my client’s financial success.
Interests outside of work: The connection with my family and friends are what matters to me the most. I spend as much time as possible with them as I can. I am a strong advocate for fitness of both mind and body and enjoy pursuing both. Watching live sport is a joy, there is something about the roar of a crowd that gets the blood running!

NATASHA DE CARRO
Role at IWS: Practice Manager/Accounts Payable & SMSF Administrator
Daily Tasks: Managing business operations, scheduling appointments, accounts payable, assisting with Tax and Audits, establishments of SMSF, rollovers and supporting the Director with daily tasks.
What you enjoy: Working alongside my husband each day and supporting him where I can make his life easier. Since joining the business one of the perk’s has been that it’s allowed me to see more of my husband and learn the ropes of the industry.
Having a teaching background, it has been great to learn and develop my skills in another industry.
Interests outside of work: Spending quality time with my family, it can be as simple as taking the dog for a walk, picnics, day trips, holidays, or caring for my three nephews.
Outside of work my children keep me extremely busy, I can often be found running them to various activities which I like to be involved in.

Role at IWS: SMSF Tax and Audit Manager
Venesa assists our clients to keep on top of all administrative requirements that are needed to run a successful SMSF. She is efficient, warm and helpful in all areas of her job, with stakeholder’s satisfaction being her utmost priority.
Daily Tasks: SMSF Tax and Audits, Wide-ranging Administration Support, IT related issues and supporting the Director with daily tasks.
What you enjoy: Venesa enjoys building professional associations with our clients and stakeholders in order to achieve and meet all expectations for immediate results.
Interests outside of work: When Venesa is not at work she enjoys time with her family and friends.

Daily Tasks: Provides support to financial advisers in preparing financial reports and performing administrative duties.
What you enjoy: I enjoy learning new things and being diligent to know the process and once understood, it gives me a sense of fulfillment.
Interests outside of work: Spend quality time with my family by going to beaches to unwind, going to the mall and attending Sunday church.

Role at IWS: Associate Para Planner
Daily Tasks: Facilitating smooth day-to-day administrative duties. Assisting with financial statements & reports, fund rollovers and super fund research.
What you enjoy: Financial stability is something that everyone aspires to. I enjoy learning about the approaches of effective financial planning and how financial advisors meet the demands of their clients by offering feasible recommendations.
Interests outside of work: I am always fascinated by hearing about people's stories. This keeps me grounded and gives me a glimpse of different perspectives on life. Traveling to local communities excites me to explore new cultures, try unique cuisines, and even learn their way of life.

Role at IWS: Administration Manager / Risk Co-ordinator
Daily Tasks: On a daily basis I do perform administrative duties involving research and background works.
What you enjoy: As a newbie in the team, I am beginning to love the enthusiasm of everyone and the kind of warm and welcoming attitude. I am enjoying the learning environment for me where ideas are openly welcomed, and queries are given prompt attention to. I find it very helpful that everyone is always in the loop ready to assist and I’d like to highlight the dynamism of the team to learn new ways of doing things.
Interests outside of work: It makes me feel a lot more productive engaging in some community extension works outside IWS. During my free time I do workshops and trainings for young people and children especially those in the grassroots. I am engaged in leadership training, care for ecology and peace building initiatives. I am a beach-lover and I love going out with family and friends and travel around.

Daily Tasks: Provide support for SMSF establishments, perform administrative tasks and insurance applications.
What you enjoy: I enjoy this nature of work, I like that everybody in the organisation works together to assist each other. It gives me a positive approach for my everyday tasks.
Interests outside of work: I love going out with family. In my free time I also love building small houses using Lego or building blocks.
